Before you take on the slopes, Anita organises Morning Yoga sessions in Val Thorens. Sessions of Pranayama, stretching and meditation are held every morning for 30 minutes before the pistes open. Participants meet on Place Caron, and follow the session wearing ski boots and holding ski poles!
