Skiing experience at Cime Caron
Cime Caron is not only a paradise for panoramic views but also a haven for ski enthusiasts. From this summit, embark on an adventure down some of the most prestigious and challenging slopes in Les 3 Vallées.
La Combe de Caron (Black Run): Dive into a dizzying 900-meter couloir, facing north. This black run, located beneath the cables of the cable car, is a true gem for seasoned skiers. When powder covers the slopes, it becomes an exceptional playground for freeride enthusiasts. However, beware—it can also turn into a formidable mogul field, perfect for testing your technique and honing your knees.
La Combe de Rosaël (Black Run): Heading towards Orelle, you enter a different world. After a few turns from Cime Caron, the slope suddenly steepens, and you find yourself on an old-school black run that is both demanding and exhilarating. With a 1,100-meter vertical drop, this south-facing descent, rarely groomed, will put your legs to the test. A challenge that the most experienced skiers will tackle with passion.
- Le Col de l’Audzin (Red Run): For those seeking a less demanding but equally spectacular descent, Le Col de l’Audzin is an ideal red run. Over 4 kilometers, this run takes you through graceful curves with a 1,000-meter vertical drop, offering a smooth and rhythmic glide. A memorable descent that ends at the Moutière chairlift, ready to take you back up for new adventures.
