Skiing in Orelle: Slopes for all levels

Orelle offers a variety of slopes that will delight skiers of all levels, from beginner to expert.

  • La Lory (Blue Run): Ideal for skiers seeking serenity, La Lory is a blue run that transports you to another world. Starting from the Funitel de Thorens, the panorama is already impressive, but after a few turns, you find yourself in the glacial valley of Bouchet, a wild place where only the sound of the wind disturbs the silence. It is the only slope in Les 3 Vallées that is not bordered by ski lifts, offering a timeless skiing experience, bathed in sunshine.
  • Combe de Rosaël (Black Run): For seasoned skiers, the Combe de Rosaël is a real challenge. This black run, descending from the Orelle side after the Cime Caron, immerses you in a special atmosphere. From the very first turns, the slope becomes steep and demanding, reminiscent of the black runs of the past. With 1100 meters of vertical drop, this south-facing descent is rarely groomed, making it all the more exciting for thrill-seekers.
  • Coraïa (Red Run): This red run is a true gem, with its rolling curves and breathtaking views of the Aiguilles d’Arve. The name Coraïa comes from old French "coraille," meaning "entrails," referring to the wild and mineral character of this area. It is a descent that will delight intermediate skiers, combining technicality with visual pleasure.
