Make the most of Les 3 Vallées with total peace of mind

Make the most of Les 3 Vallées with total peace of mind

The 3 Valleys (Les 3 Vallées) connections will be open the 5th of December 2020!

To ensure peace of mind when using the ski lifts during these unprecedented times, Les 3 Vallées ski area management teams are following the national health and safety guidelines, as well as their own charters, whilst implementing joint health and safety regulations. Whilst they have adapted the way they operate to take these new rules and guidelines into account, they are also appealing to individuals to take responsibility for their own actions and to resort visitors to act in the interest of all.

Our «naturally pure» mountain playground

Our mountain playground is a natural source of well-being, and you’re sure to be blown away by its sheer size from whichever summit you find yourself on in Les 3 Vallées.

As is the case for all public transport in France, this winter we will maintain the same passenger flow but are adapting the ski lift rules to ensure peace of mind for both users and employees. The rules are straightforward: when you get to the top you can remove your mask and make the most of the fresh air, breath-taking views and stunning landscapes.

Here are a 4 simple protective measures:

1Wearing a mask is compulsory on all ski lifts, when queueing – both inside and outside, and in all sales outlets (from age 11).
2Social distancing rules must be respected at sales outlets, in picnic rooms and public toilets. These rules do not apply when using the ski lifts.
3On the ski lifts, we advise you to travel with your family or with other members of your group, if possible.
4The enclosed ski lift cabins and public toilets will be cleaned daily.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

100% refund of your unused ‘stay’ skipass: we will process any requests for modifications or cancellation of your skipass right up until the day before the 1stday of validity.

“Stay” skipass in use: in the event of an early closure of the ski area, we will reimburse your “stay” skipass (from 2 to 21 days) in proportion to the days not used.

Season pass: in the event of a government decision to close the ski area due to the health crisis, we will reimburse your season pass on a pro rata basis for the closed days.

BUY AND / OR RECHARGE YOUR SKIPASS ONLINE

To save time and to avoid queuing in the sales outlets, opt to buy and/or recharge your skipass online. The online sales websites are available for your use.

On site, sales outlets are adapted to welcome you and serve you in the best conditions. Please pay by credit card wherever you can.

A "2 IN 1 CONCEPT - MASK AND NECKWARMER /span>

Les 3 Vallées never ceases to innovate and has now launched an approved «mask – neckwarmer». Its unique design makes it both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

FAQs

➡ Question : Do face masks need to be worn on ski lifts?

Masks MUST be worn from the ski lift entry gate until the end of the gondola lift, cable car or chairlift journey for anyone OVER THE AGE OF 11. This rule also applies to the «Speedmountain» toboggan run on rails in Les Menuires.

If you’ve forgotten your mask, don’t panic! You can buy a «2in1Mask by Les 3 Vallées» from any of our sales outlets.

➡ Question: What hygiene measures are being carried out in the ski lift arrival and departure stations, and in public places (toilets…) ?

You can wash your hands with soap and water in the public toilets and with the hand sanitiser available for that purpose in some departure/arrival stations. Surfaces and objects used by many different people, such as credit card machines, bank note and card readers, door handles, railings, surfaces and payment counters will be regularly cleaned, as will all premises open to the public.

➡ Question: How are you limiting unnecessary contact?

As well as being available to purchase in sales outlets, you can also buy or recharge your skipass online, meaning you won’t have to wait in a queue, therefore keeping contact to a strict minimum. If you don’t have a rechargeable skipass card, you can get one from the sales outlets.

Those who prefer to pay and collect their ski lift pass from the sales outlet will be asked to pay by credit or debit card wherever possible.

➡ Question: Is there a capacity limit?

Gondola lift, cable car and chairlift capacity is not restricted. As is the same for public transport, masks MUST be worn.

We advise you to travel with your family or with other members of your group, if possible.

➡ Question: How is your ski lift personnel protected?

Just as we want to keep our visitors safe, it goes without saying that the same applies to our personnel. General measures such as hand hygiene, social distancing and regular cleaning of shared surfaces, equipment and premises have been implemented. Masks MUST be worn by all sales staff, ski lift personnel etc.
