This winter you can expect a spot of sylvotherapy in the village of Saint-Martin. Accompanied by Sabrina, you can reconnect with your inner harmony by meditating at the foot of a tree. Sylvotherapy is based on the scientifically-proven concept that being close to and in contact with trees can contribute to our psycho-psychic well-being thanks to the energy our bodies receive from these plants. Sessions will take place in March and April.
A Return to Your Roots trip is available in Méribel from 7th to 14th of December. Aimed at ultra-active people who never have time to relax, this week includes breathing exercises, stretches, activities such skiing and snowshoeing, ayurvedic meals, relaxation, massages and more. There will then be two Yoga Detox courses over four days at the end of the season between 24th of March and 2nd of April for purifying body and mind in a magical alpine setting. These will involve yoga, energizing walks, meditation, breathing exercises, coaching sessions and diet advice.
The Yogi Ski Week in Les Menuires is back for its fourth year from 4 to 11 April. Each day will feature free workshops open to all and focused on Do-in, Sophrology, Plantar Reflexology, Yoga, Shiatsu, Conferences, and Meditative Walks. Enchanting!
