Forget about your car in Brides-les-Bains
Perched at 600 metres of altitude, Brides-les-Bains, is the only spa resort in the 3 Vallées. The village is nestled in a lush, green valley overlooked by the Grand Bec massif at the entrance to the Vanoise National Park. These mountains have ensured the village has stayed nice and small, making it all the more accessible! Here, services and businesses, the thermal baths and the spa are all less than 300 metres by foot. As a result, you can forget about your car and take the first step towards a more active life.

Eat better in Brides-les-Bains
Brides-les-Bains is the only French spa resort to have been granted the Diététique Label. The 13 chefs working in hotels and restaurants from two to four stars abide by this standard and guarantee seasonal, balanced, varied, delicious food every single day. This is a unique approach in France. To top it all off, the village is also home to a healthy delicatessen, La Maison de Marielle
Experiment ice hiking in Val Thorens
Open to beginners, this hike is a first taste of high-altitude mountaineering and the chance to discover a glacier on a gentle slope at around 3,000 metres of altitude. Spend a day with a roped group of mountaineers and learn how to walk with shoe spikes on the snow! This experience is also great for out-of-practice mountaineers looking to “get back in the game.”
From €46 to €50, every Monday and Wednesday at 7.15 a.m. (back by early afternoon).
