"Le trait d"union" mountain refuge

📍Access:
By gondola: Take the Saint Martin 1 gondola then descend the Biolley slope for about 300 m until the sign on your left indicating the path that takes you to the refuge 200 m below.
By ski: Depart from the village of St Martin: take the St Martin 1 ski lift – at the top, take the start of the Biolley run.
By snowshoeing: Follow the Danchet snowshoe trail from the Notre Dame de la Vie car park (45.3731968,6.5067286), located on the departmental 117, it will lead you to the refuge.
30 to 45 minute journey.

"Plan Lombardie" mountain refuge

🗓 Openings
Summer: guarded from May 1 to the end of October
However, it may be open at other times depending on demand and weather conditions.
Reservations are recommended as the caretaker can sometimes be away for a few hours for refueling.

Winter:
Part of the refuge is accessible (with reservation with the caretaker to collect the keys) with a bedroom with 6 beds, a dining / kitchen area equipped with a table with benches, a gas stove, crockery and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, etc.) as well as a wood stove and a wood reserve outside.
The water and electricity are off (electric lights are available in the refuge and water can be taken from the outdoor pool located 20m from the refuge.)

On foot: Departure from the Sauce car park (Deux Nants – Saint-Jean-de-Belleville)
