Val Thorens is the highest resort in Europe (2300 metres). At the top of the 3 Vallées, it opens out onto the world's largest ski area, with 600 kilometres of equipped slopes, 320 signposted runs, and some 174 ski lifts.

  • Les 3 Vallées Découverte
    Sunday, July 6th 2014, go to the 3 Valleys ski area (Savoie) to participate in the "3 Vallées Discovery" with friends or family. An event open to all mountain bikers!

    This event marks the beginning of the summer season in the 3 Valleys and the opening of mountain bike trails and lifts. The 3 Valleys ski area offers over 260 km of tracks dedicated to mountain biking.

  • MTB Belleville Tour
    MTB race (4 to 6 kms a day) linking the Vallée des Belleville villages

    Saturday : Verticale Val Tho (race)

  • Kontum Ski
    Kontum Ski is a sporting event in skiing for the benefit of the region's ethnic minorities of Kontum in Vietnam.

    The goal is
    to help the mountain people from Vietnam to develop (farming project, traditional hand crafted development, cultural patrimony protection, scholarships....).

    All the benefit of this event will be totally transferred to the association Kontum.

  • Dutch Week
    The Dutch are coming to Val Thorens every winter at the occasion of the Dutch week, to celebrate their Queen anniversary (Koninginnedag). It's a popular celebration where ski and animations follow one another. The orange colour is in favour this week !
